For any concerns regarding your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Your Order Cancellation & Refund Rights

Change of Mind Policy:

Boss Official is not required to accept “change of mind” returns on any of our listed items. Unless otherwise stated, a restocking fee of 25% may apply, except on products deemed faulty or any opened packaging upon delivery. 

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email:

Unless otherwise stated in this Policy:

  • All packaged items, documentation, boxes, manuals, warranty cards and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items. The packaging must be unopened and seals intact.
  • Items must be in new and unworn condition.
  • Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
  • Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Please note, there are no cancellations on specials or promotional products.

Pending approval, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your order cancellation notice and or product returned to us. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days of Receipt
  • The Goods are in the original unopened packaging and sealed

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and track able mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

WARRANTY

  • Any purchase made through BOSS Official come with a 12 month new for old replacement warranty.
  • Confirmed Defective Returns: If a product return is tested and verified as being defective, it will be repaired or replaced at BOSS Official’s discretion.

WHAT IS NOT WARRANTIED:

  • Any issues caused by customer mishandling, abuse and/or installed software are not warrantied.
  • Products that do not exhibit the described reason for the return.
  • Products with missing, damaged or illegible serial number label and/or manufacturer model or part number label.
  • Products with physical damage (if damaged in shipment, contact customer service immediately upon receipt).
  • Defective items returned for warranty claims will be promptly repaired or replaced solely at
    BOSS Official’s discretion.


RETURNS

 

  • All Return Requests should be submitted via email. Please include your BOSS Official
    Order Number in the message. This information allows us to accurately and efficiently process the return.
  • We must receive the returned product before a replacement will be shipped.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Gifts:

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Faulty Items:

If an item purchased from Boss Official is faulty, any related return and refund rights we offer you will apply in addition to, and do not limit, other rights and remedies you may have under law.

If you identify a faulty item:

  • Within the relevant return window for that item, you can return the item to us.
  • Outside the return window for that item please contact us, as you may still be entitled to a refund or replacement.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

 Our products can be exchanged with the new ones you like. If you don't the like the item you ordered you can just send it back and get the new one. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
